Bus Schedule – Sarah & Alix

For the Wedding Day, there will be two buses: Bus A (Ballina) and Bus B (Surrounds)

Bus A will stop at 3 different locations in Ballina: East Ballina, Central Ballina & The Ramada

Bus B will stop in 5 surrounding towns: Alstonville, Wollongbar, Richmond Hill, Bexhill, Eltham, Clunes.

Please be ready at your pickup stop at least 5-minutes prior to the allocated pickup time.

You can check which pickup you have been allocated above or via the Check RSVP page. While we have tried to minimise the distance a pickup point will be from your accommodation, some guests will need to walk to their pickup point. This will either be because the shuttle cannot access your accommodation due to street size OR to because the pickup point is between multiple accommodation locations. For those that will need to walk, in most cases this will be no longer than 5mins (generally up to the end of the street you're staying on).

For the Recovery Day, there will be a slightly different bus schedule but still with two buses: Bus A and Bus B (The Courtesy Bus)

Bus A will pickup guests from Alstonville, Wollongbar, Richmond Hill, Bexhill, Eltham & drop you off at Nutting Hill Villa at 12:00pm and then go to Ballina to pickup all guests from the Ramada. If you are not staying at the Ramada, please make your way there for pickup. Bus A will then return to Nutting Hill Villa at 7:00pm for all Ballina guests (returning to Ramada).

Bus B (The Courtesy Bus) will make trips between Nutting Hill Villa and surrounding towns (Alstonville, Wollongbar, Richmond Hill, Bexhill, Eltham) starting from 3pm until around 9pm. These trips will take place on a first come, first served basis, please try and give us around 30-minutes notice before you wish to leave.

If you are interested in driving to the Recovery Day on your way home, please let us know so we can try to allocate you a parking spot. Very limited parking is available onsite for the Recovery Day only but will need to be organised in advance. Due to the road into Nutting Hill Villa being one-way, cars will not able to enter or exit while buses are entering or exiting.
